A memorandum dated March 22, 2010, was received from                                                                            
Representative Stoltze, Co-chair, Finance Committee, stating the                                                                
Finance Committee submitted a corrected committee substitute to                                                                 
replace the committee substitute received March 19, 2010 (page 1782)

    HOUSE BILL NO. 225                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the State Procurement Code; relating to the                                                             
    procurement of supplies, services, professional services,                                                                   
    construction services, state fisheries products, state agricultural                                                         
    products, state timber, and state lumber; relating to procurement                                                           
    preferences; relating to procurement by the office of the                                                                   
    ombudsman, the Alaska Industrial Development and Export                                                                     
    Authority, the Alaska Energy Authority, and other state agencies
